Information for investors
From the point of view of both the communities and NGOs one of the most important tasks that we are facing is building tourist infrastructure containing a net of tourist trails. Nature protection and usage of the natural values of the Beskidy Mountains, Dobczycki Reservoir and historical heritage of the region are strategic objectives in land development planning.
The Concept of the Cycling Trail Dobczyce - Zator has been worked up. The trail would lead through the terrains of high nature and landscape values (Natura 2000 sites, steep slopes and the watching tower by the Dobczycki Reservoir bank). In this area there are plenty of tourist foothpaths and educational paths (Kornatka i Stadnik, Ukleina, Lubomir, Draboż). The location of the cycling trail gives a chance to see interesting monuments such as wooden churches in Woźniki, Tłuczań and Marcyporęba, the ruins of the castle in Lanckorona (UNESCO Heritage List), castles in Dobczyce and Zator as well as the sacral places including Kalwaria Zebrzydowska. In order to make the tourist offer more attractive a possibility of canoeing trip along the Skawa River has been provided (The Concept of Canoeing Trip on the Skawa River, "Tęczak - Piastowski" section). The trip's length is 2,5 km.

Land Use Study of the terrains around Piastowski and Tęczak Reservoirs.
The program intends to create new and to renew existing fisheries and their infrastructure. These plans will be realised in frames of The Recreation Centre in Zator and the Fishery Village Tęczak near Trzebieńczyce that are to be created.
Tourist and recreational infrastructure would be situated near the water bodies. Campsites are to be created. The hotels will be enlarged and hence accommodation will be improved. We also plan to renew fisheries, build a pier and provide good places for sunbathing.
In the study we have considered existing build-up areas that can be used to improve agro - tourist offer of the region. On the other hand, planned service infrastructure will also be important.
Development of both already existing ecological footpaths and the museum part of the fishery village are planned in the study.
